How it works

Tell us your flight

Send your flight number and landing time on WhatsApp — ideally 24 hours ahead, but we will try at shorter notice.

We confirm the driver

You get the driver's name, phone number and car details the day before you travel.

Meet at arrivals

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. If your flight is delayed we simply wait.

Straight to your bed

Reception is open 24 hours, so you can check in whatever time you arrive.

Travelling out? Ask reception the night before and we will have a car ready for your departure.

Do you take walk-ins? Yes, subject to availability — calling ahead is safer.
Is there a deposit? No deposit. Payment is taken on arrival.
How do I pay? Cash or bank transfer at reception.

Staying with us

Are meals really included? Yes — breakfast and dinner are part of every package, at no extra charge.
Is the hostel secure? CCTV on all corridors, a locker for every bed and staff on duty at night.
Can I do laundry? Yes, there is a washing machine and a drying area on site.
Do you collect from the airport? Yes — $12 one way, $20 return. Send your flight number and the driver meets you at arrivals.
Is the AC room private? Yes — your own lockable room and key, for two guests.
